1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Migra, you agree to these Terms. If you don\u2019t agree, please don\u2019t use the app.

2. Not a medical device

Migra is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. The MIDAS and HIT-6 reports are validated screening tools meant to support conversations with your doctor \u2014 not replace medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.

3. Subscriptions

Migra offers optional Pro subscriptions: Monthly and Annual plans. Subscriptions are managed by Apple\u2019s App Store. Annual plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time users; if you don\u2019t cancel before the trial ends, the annual price will be charged. You can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings \u2192 [Your Name] \u2192 Subscriptions.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard App Store policies. Apple\u2019s refund process: support.apple.com/HT204084.

5. Intellectual property

Migra, the brand, logo, and app code are owned by Alejandro Portillo Guerrero. You\u2019re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. No warranty

Migra is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Migraine triggers and patterns vary widely; the app\u2019s insights are based on your data and may not predict every attack.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
