By downloading or using MigraineLog, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MigraineLog mobile application ("App", "Service"), developed by an independent developer ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using MigraineLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MigraineLog is a personal health tracking application that allows you to:
MigraineLog is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended solely as a personal tracking tool to help you understand your migraine patterns and share information with your healthcare provider.
Specifically:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MigraineLog. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
MigraineLog does not require an account, registration, or sign-in. The App operates entirely on your device. There are no usernames, passwords, or user profiles to manage.
MigraineLog offers both free features and optional premium features available through a paid subscription ("MigraineLog Premium").
Premium subscriptions are available at the following prices (in USD, prices may vary by region):
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID account will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

MigraineLog, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. The MigraineLog name and logo are our trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App integrates with certain third-party services (Apple WeatherKit, Apple HealthKit, TelemetryDeck, Sentry, RevenueCat). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Without limiting the foregoing:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. However, you acknowledge that:
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Since all data is stored locally on your device, termination does not affect your existing data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of MigraineLog after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as through the App or App Store release notes).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
