Common issues

My subscription didn\u2019t activate after purchase

Open Migra \u2192 Profile \u2192 Subscription \u2192 Restore Purchases. If that doesn\u2019t work, sign out of the App Store on your iPhone, sign back in, and try again.

I\u2019m not getting pressure-change alerts

Settings \u2192 Notifications \u2192 Migra: ensure all alerts are enabled. Also check Migra \u2192 Profile \u2192 Notifications \u2192 Pressure alerts is on, and that Location permission is set to "While Using" or "Always".

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings \u2192 [Your Name] \u2192 Subscriptions \u2192 Migra \u2192 Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I deleted the app and lost all my data

Migra is privacy-first \u2014 all data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes everything. We\u2019re evaluating an iCloud backup option for a future update; if you\u2019d like to be notified, email us.
