Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find MigraineLog and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete all my data?

Open MigraineLog, go to Profile, scroll down to the bottom, and tap "Delete All Data." This permanently removes all your migraine logs, medications, and preferences from your device. Since your data is stored only on your device, this action cannot be undone.

Can I restore my subscription on a new device?

Yes. Install MigraineLog on your new device and open the app. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it will be restored automatically. If it does not restore, go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases."

Why am I not receiving weather alerts?

Weather alerts require Location Services to be enabled for MigraineLog. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > MigraineLog and select "While Using the App" or "Always." Also ensure notifications are enabled for MigraineLog in Settings > Notifications.

Is my data backed up?

MigraineLog stores all data locally on your device. If you back up your iPhone via iCloud or Finder, your MigraineLog data is included in that backup. We do not have a separate cloud sync feature, so your device backup is the only way to preserve your data.

How do I request a refund?

Since all payments are processed by Apple, refunds must be requested through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the relevant purchase.
